Kevin Clinesmith: FBI Lawyer Responsible of Forgery in Trump-Russia Probe Restored to ‘Good Standing’

A former senior FBI lawyer who was discovered responsible of forgery within the Trump-Russia probe has been restored to “good standing” standing by the District of Columbia Bar Affiliation regardless of not totally finishing his probation sentence, RealClearInvestigations reported Thursday.

The bar had a report of repeatedly accommodating Kevin Clinesmith, a now convicted felon who pleaded responsible in August 2020 to falsifying a doc that was the premise for a surveillance warrant in opposition to former Trump marketing campaign official Carter Web page.
