U.S. inventive swimmer Anita Alvarez is OK after fainting on the finish of her free solo closing routine on the world championships in Budapest on Wednesday.

An Elmira photographer who focuses on wedding ceremony pictures has filed a federal lawsuit in opposition to New York state over its anti-discrimination legal guidelines.

With the help of the Alliance Defending Freedom, an Arizona-based conservative Christian nonprofit advocacy group that defends non secular freedom, Emilee Carpenter filed a swimsuit in U.S. District Courtroom claiming the requirement — if she pictures weddings between a person and a lady she should do likewise for same-sex {couples} — violates her non secular beliefs and constitutional rights.
